Eddy Sokiping, 26 ka 27 aku sik ingat, rock kapak, came all the way from Kudat …I think he was the last one to register at the HEP during our fist day in IPS. Playful, always cracking up some jokes. This guy sik pernah nak serious ngan urang mala plentey (in Sarawak it means playful) ingat ku time camping pengakap di Lundu, when asked by the Pengerusi on any ideas on how to decorate the pentas for malam budaya, kompiden Eddy angkat tangan mewakili IPS and said “Saya ada 2 cadangan; cadangan #1: ditolak dan cadangan #2: tidak diterima” Apa gila! Terkedu pengerusi and other representatives from other maktab including myself…but sometimes mun nya dah stat nak kerja menar2…tangga jak sik beraleh badan dari depan laptop especially during our practicals (somewhere in July-September) kedak ikan bah ada musim juak nak serious molah kerja. ABM power2 dipolah k nya ngajar..nang rajin…I remembered once, after his observation on his teaching, he was commented by his supervisor (Madam Poon) for not being able to control his class and Madam Poon asked him, “Do you know why tiger are so fierce?”…“Because they look fierce”…and Eddy told me he’ll come to his next class with a tiger suit…

they say good things come in small packages

check out this guy..a good friend and sometimes he can be such a prick...saiful bin ahim,28 from kota semarahan (kpg sri tajo to be exact). an energetic and athletic young man..don't be fooled by his height..look can be so deceiving..mun rimo makan daging, sepul nya makan mi sedaap...sekpa pul kelak kita dah kaya kita makan rimo...rimo nangga kau mikir kau cub nya indah...disurohnya kau nyusu nya...i saw him on my first day in HEP during the registration..kompiden datang daftar makei baju polo ngan suar khakis jak..kenak anok mahiji kak ya..kuang3X..kompiden tahi...achievements: he managed to represent ips for KAGUM (some sort of inter maktab sports carnival) in badminton with jimmy and eddy and got first place for 800M (KOT ips) and if i'm not mistaken he finished his 2km run during the BTN physical test under 13 minutes (men 18 minutes; women 24 minutes) sik pernah nak ocek2 kalah macam kmkurg mala menang jak...ingat sik kau larian merentas desa ada aku ngajak kau brekot slow2 jak cek2 nun depan nun kau...perghh...aku ngan jimmy eddy d kedei kopi breakfast ngepau zura ngan tinah. sik abis merentas desa, merentas perut jak...he is very serious with his work and and very good with his PR; imam power suro sampei ke tahap nya azan nya qamat nya imam nya makmum (sekda urang turun suro duhal)...sekpat aku muji kau banyak gilak...loba...and now this guy live a peaceful and quiet life in kpg sri tajo (kedak mr sapen kali)...take care buddy

p/s: camne ko boleh salah orang senadin dengan orang semandin? Ko gila apa?..nya sik ngaco orang, pandei melipat baju..pelik juak orang senadin tok check2 orang semandin duhal…

it ends tonight

packing my things...books, dirty clothes, empty flasks...kinda sad to leave this place behind after all the things that i've been thru...i'm just passing thru to the next phase of my life...once i was a loner in a half empty room in the old block...in that room suddenly i remembered this quote from the shawshank redemption...These walls are kind of funny. First you hate 'em, then you get used to 'em. Enough time passes, gets so you depend on them. That's institutionalized. They send you here for life, that's exactly what they take. The part that counts, anyways.

the boy who blocked his own shot

this guy here...nujaimi bin kaman...just call him jimmi...saiful's roomate...looks older than his age but act younger than 10 year old boy...melano by race...he just cant take things seriously...right from the first month till the last day in ips...kacak pok post kau ya...engineer burok...tai ngau magah...berik jak apa sport rah nya, nang kau lah cikgu PJK patut PJK jadi ko pun major...take care dude!

it's 2.16am on sunday morning and i've just finished watching resident evil extinction...third installment of the RE series...same old thing, fighting zombies...but this time alice got some sort of psychokinesis ability..just like jean grey of x men...interesting...but i'm sure there will be a fourth installment of RE coz alice is coming to kick Umbrella Corp's ass in Tokyo
